Costars provides increased opportunities for government agencies to purchase vehicles and services without going through the timely and costly process of entering bids; it also gives an opportunity for business to be kept local!

Groups and Organizations Eligible:

*Public Authorities

*Tax Exempt, Nonprofit Educational or Public Health Institution

*Nonprofit Fire/Rescue Companies
